Security Testing - SQL Injection

Between projects at a previous place of work, I was asked to compile some documentation on the most popular web hacks with examples on how to test these. This was an excellent back burner task that really opened my eyes to how easy it can be to hack a public system. The number one hack out there is the SQL Injection.
