Testing Checklists

Give 4 testers a requirement/user story and ask them to write the test conditions/cases. Would they be the same? I'd say probably not!
So - if you're a manager, how do you ensure your testers are working to the same consistent standards without micro managing? The easy way to achieve this is to introduce checklists.
